1. Damaged products upon delivery

We take full responsibility for products that arrive to the customer in a damaged condition.

  • In this case, please contact us immediately at mcf.handmade@gmail.com, providing details and clear photos of the affected product.

  • After evaluating your request, if it is approved, we will fully refund the value of the product or, upon request, provide a replacement item.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery time

  • The estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days from order confirmation.

  • Please note that this time frame may vary depending on product availability, peak periods (holidays, sales), or factors beyond our control (delays caused by courier services).

  • Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been shipped.

3. Return costs

  • If you wish to return a product for reasons other than it being damaged upon delivery, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by the customer.

  • Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
